Technical Support Assistant

What you'll do
- →Troubleshoot connectivity issues at Apple Hall, Olive Hall, and Lemon halls
- →Report hardware or signal issues to the CTO
- →Assist with new hostel onboarding (router placement, cable runs)
- →Monitor the support WhatsApp line and escalate where needed
Who we're looking for
- ✓Must be a hostelite currently living in a Lead City University hostel
- ✓Basic understanding of WiFi and networking (we will train you further)
- ✓Comfortable using a laptop for support and troubleshooting tasks
- ✓Reliable and communicative — you show up when needed
- ✓Students welcome (flexible schedule available)
